Hi All,
I have a 2003 a4 1.9tdi with a groaning noise when the steering is turned more than half a turn left or right.
After searching this forum for similar symptoms, went ahead with a steering system flush.
Post a flush and bleeding the power steering system with the correct Audi fluid, I've noticed that it makes the same noise with the wheels raised off the ground, as on the ground?
I have also pushed down on the fenders with the car stationery with the wheels straight ahead and turned, to which there are no noises?
Help!
