A4 3.0 Quattro not starting
My cousin recently purchased a 2003 A4 3.0 Quattro with a DSG gearbox, the original engine snapped its timing belt and put a conrod through the engine block, a replacement engine was purchased and he put it into the car but now it won't start.
The problem seems to be the gearbox safety switch, the lcd display doesn't show what gear the car is in, and when removed the switches plug was burnt out:

I need a new switch and both male and female plugs for it to wire it back into the car, what is the proper name for this part and the best place to get hold of one?
Also would this faulty part be responsible for the car not starting?
