Accesory Belt tensioner

Accesory Belt tensioner
Hello,
(2004 Audi A4 1.8T)
Ive noticed that my accessory belt tensioner wiggles when the car is running. Further , I cannot see that there is a bolt to turn that will alleviate the tension so that the belt could be changed out.
Is there some special trick to doing so? The belt seems in good condition, and i was wondering if there is a procedure to leave the belt tied off by some other means while replacing the tensioner.
