Default Advanced Audi owner rough rpm/vibration question....

So, after five years of ownership, (translation lots of money spent), I finally bought a Ross Tech Vag tool. (Man that is cool! But not the point.)

No codes. Still having the same issue. RPM associated vibration throughout the car. You can feel it in the gear shift, the peds, the steering wheel...etc.

There is a VERY slight performance decrease but the turbo is still boosting where it always does...about 17psi (revo stage 1).

The rpms rev quickly...but they vibrate, not really hesitate. As in.. they rev fast but you can feel everything shaking. Definately related to engine rpm. Not a moving thing like tires, brakes etc. You can feel it at a standstill. What would do this without throwing codes??
Things to note: All fairly new coil packs (which would throw codes I think.)
fairly new suction jet pump.
New fuel pump. (think the filter was done at the same time..about a year ago.)
I have been working on cars since I was about 12 and I have no idea.
PLEASE let me know if any of you have any ideas. I brought it to my mechanic and he said..."if its not throwing codes it probably is not a big deal and maybe it will just fix itself."
Really????
