I have aftermarket tail lights on my Audi and I got pulled over tonight because there is a bright white light on only my left tail light. However, I don't think this white light should be on while I am driving.

Would I simply need to unscrew the tail light and loosen the left tail light bulb so that the white light does not shine?

your 3rd foglight is on! when you turn on your headlights i assume your fog lights are on too right? if so look at the light switch. IF you see orange illumintaed then your third fog light is on. push the **** in once and the light should turn off.
