after searching every forum out there, the answer is upon us. maybe it was known but every post i checked was always an open ended post. nobody ever said, this works, this didnt work.

well here it is, THIS WORKS!!!

tried it myself. hooked up a ground to my hid balast, and the codes went away upon startup. grounded it behind the washer fluid bolt, closest to the headlight.

hope this helps the next guy, and he doesnt have to spend 2 days of searching.
