Default Antifreeze smell

I have this antifreeze smell coming from the front passenger side of the car. There is no leaking that I can see, nothing wet anywhere. Just the smell. In the tank there seems to be a normal amount of fluid. Can anyone help?
What's down there at the very front of the passenger side in relation to the cooling system?

It could be the rear coolant flange, that tends to go bad in the B6. Search rear coolant flange.

I kinda have the same problem. I dont personally smell it, but one of my friends, often before getting into my car tells me about the smell. it doesnt happen often though. I went to mechanic when it happened the first time, they checked for the leaks, let the car running for 1hr, found nothing.

yeah I only smell it at the right side just to the front of the air intake tube. Not the in let for the air. No fluid seen any where, including the floor.
