I’m having a problem with my 2002 Audi A4 2.0. Few weeks back the coolant warning came on and I noticed that the temp started also rising. I had the car towed away and checked over and was told I have a bad thermostat had that changed yet the car still over heats and I have been to 3 mechanics and they all told me they don’t know what’s wrong with it so help from u guys would be really appreciated...

I have had the head gasket tested and it’s fine, the system has no leaks in it at all and the mechanic who changed the thermostat also poured steel seal into it just to be on the safe side with any leaks. The heating on the car works perfect as well blows red hot...

When the car does over heat, if you unscrew the cap on the coolant it lets out a lot of air and
starts pushing out the coolant and makes burping noises but the temperature in the car instantly drops back to 90 and you can drive for a good 5 mins before it over heats again... Also the system has circulation because both top and bottom pipes get hot when the cars at temperature and the fans kick in.

I’m not a mechanic and I’m all fairness have no clue when it comes to cars, any help or advice would be very appreciated.

Everything's fixable, it's just super hard to track the source of electrical problems. Staring at wiring diagrams and using a multimeter for hours trying to figure out where the problem is is a major PITA. Most of the problems are just finicky bullshit like dash lighting going weird, windows not working, sensors for brakes and airbags not working properly, etc. These problems are fairly common with Showbox jiofi.local.html tplinklogin early 2000's Audis and VWs.
