Default Audi a4 shifting problem

Hey guys, have a 2002 Audi A4 and it has been driving fine up until last night. The car started and it went into first with some hard pushing and its harder for 2nd. It shifts into 3rd,4th & 5th no problem. It also will reverse no problem. What could possibly be wrong with it?? The clutch doesnt seem to engage where it used to, but it will still shift all of the gears. Any help is appreciated!!!

How many miles are on the clutch? It could be your pressure plate going out.

My first guess would be the master cylinder. Could possibly be Slave as well. Where Does the clutch engage, higher or lower than normal?

Id say around 60k on the clutch. Thats what I keep hearing!

It engages lower than normal. 3rd,4th & 5th go into gear no problem at all. 1st & 2nd will go but it is rough!
