On the floor as in on the floor of the passenger compartment? Or on the floor as in on the ground below the car on the street / driveway?

On the floor of the passenger compartment could be a heater core issue. On the ground outside of the car could be numerous problems ranging from a faulty water pump to a split / cracked coolant hose / pipe.

When you checked your oil, did the oil look very light in color? Kind of like a milkshake? Or was it very dark?
