Default Buzzer for lights and door ajar

Had a CV changed at the dealer recently and since then my buzzer does not work. Im assuming its annoying for mechanics and they disabled it. How do I turn it back on?

Blazer,

I'm not sure but I think the car has a failsafe where it will shut off all lights and electronics if the car hasn't been moved or entered within a 30-60 minute period.... Like I said I'm not sure about this but I'm pretty sure I've left my lights on and the car just turned them off for me. You might need vag com to re enable the buzzer but read your manual with regards to the lights. you may not need that annoying buzzer afterall

Can't you just swing by the dealer and have them turn it back on? Sounds like a 30 second job.
