Hello Prerunner. Can you share how you replaced the gaskets/seals without removing the adjuster? I have the same delimma on my 2001.5 AWM and have been combing the forums for info. Dealer quoted $630 for the valve cover gaskets and cam tensioner seals. Ouch. Looking to do this one myself asap. This approach sounds like the perfect fix.
