Catalytic Converter Replacement

Took my 3.0L Audi A4 in for its 90k checkup and just wondering if there is any DIY's out there for cat converter replacement?

They aren't easy to get to. Where are you located? We have done a bunch of them

St. Louis, MO. Quote from dealer was 2.7k. I know the cats cost about 800-1k each plus the 700 for labor.
