Default changed cam chain tensioner and CPS still experiencing problems

So my car has been getting bad gas mileage since i swapped the cam chain tensioner. I mean i use ~ 1/4 tank and i can only go bout 40-50 miles per 1/4. i did log with vag com and heres the log. I logged measuring block 001, 032, and 033. i see under the lambda correction factor its giving more fuel if im correct that a - value is an addition to fuel?

also this log is at idle. i do have rough idle sometimes and my maf was reading higher than it used to at some points during the log.

I also replaced the cam position sensor about a week after doing the CCT. and it idled fine(actually better) and my mileage seemed to be good after that. However, the next day I was scanning with vagcom and the dam code came back that I was getting prior to doing the cam chain tensioner. Except that before doing the CCT, the code was "16396 - Bank 1: Camshaft A (Intake): Advance Setpoint not Reached (Over-Retarded)" ---Now it's "16395 - Bank 1: Camshaft A (Intake): Retard Setpoint not Reached (Over-Advanced)" I cleared the code and hasn't come back after driving over 100 miles but I'm puzzled to say the least. I checked the cam timing and the belt side timing at tdc and they seem to be ok but the intake cam mark is a little to the right and still 16 chain links between exhaust and intake. Would it be safe to say the chain may be stretched?

or anyone have any other input?

Check the screen on the cam adjuster gasket , it is probably clogged preventing proper oil pressure to the cylinder head for cam adjustment. Check it soon , it also is the oil supply for the camshafts , you do not want to starve them of oil.

You have a clogged screen , chain that is not properly timed , bad adjuster or low oil pressure.
