Greetings.

I have a 05 A4 with Proyector headlights ( NOT HID). I was wondering if anyone here has changed the bulb out before. I want to put some of the HYper white bulbs in. How hard is it? should I take the car in to the dealer for this? Also, After some research I see the bulb is H7, is this correct? Thanks.

 

yes it is, you have to take out the whole assembly in order to change the bulb, i 4 torx screws i think they are T35 , good luck

 

dont take it to the dealer u can swap bulbs on ur own in about 5 minutes. It takes 10 minutes to upgrade to HID and well worth it. Go to a4mods and look at their DIY>

Use Sylvania's site for bulb size info. As far as headlight bulbs go, the best you're going to get on halogens are Silverstars IMO.

 

Save some $ and get a HID. Well worth IMO, if you already have $. Pick up a pair of S4 bi-xenons.

 

hey kwik ARe the vvme and the ddm 8000k look about the same cuz i like how the vvmw dosent have that extra little square box that the ddm kit i got has. I want to upgrade my fogs but want the color to match.
