Default Hi-Flow Cat

In Massachusetts Bristol County emissions are sort of strict and I need less restriction in the cat! Numerous people tell me to put in a testpipe but thats a big $$ fine for me if caught....not going to risk it. Anyone have links or ideas to some products i can use! (oh and btw we don't have a sniffer test yet....or my sources tell me we don't)

Car Info:
2004 A4 1.8t Quattro

LaBree makes a nice SS HFV for a great price. 034motorsport just started making one. There are several more options.
