Those are vaccume lines for the engine. odds are u have a leak somewhere in that general area. examine those hoses throughly for cracks or sometimes the nipple falls apart and gets stuck inside the tube making it look like nothing is wrong until u give a lil push and see its not connecting at all.

 

hey dan on the link the op posted there are the 3.0 coil packs right under it im doing a search to see what comes up for the 3.0 and from what im readin u cant interchange the 1.8 coils to the 3.0. So i would say u probably should get the red ones.
