so i noticed that the right front inner cv boot is torn, and I'm feeling a vibration under acceleration. Do you think I can get away with just replacing the boot or should I do the whole axle? Also, anybody know what the difference is between the 2 listed for a 2004? I know that it depends on the build date, but I was looking on rock auto and they list only one for a 2004. BTW I have a 2004 3.0 quattro

 

I was wondering if you found out anything about the Rock Auto axles? Thanks!
