Been busy for a while, I thought I should continue on the thread and give an update. My fuse cover says the same fuse slots for the headlights (slot20 and 21) but they are empty. so I'm not sure if there's really a fuse dedicate for my headlights. what I finally end up is installing a relay and inline fuse (lowered it to 7.5A rating for each HID). could it be that slot20 and slot21 is only for A4 that has Auto level headlight? mine does not have auto level.

One new thing that came out is the annoying beeps of "L & R Headlight Dipped" everytime I put my gear to "drive". I don't mind the beeps for now as long as I'm sure my HID ballast/headlight is protected with fuse and hopefully save money in the long run instead of changing bulbs or ballast every 6-months.
