I would definetly call AoA and complain, especially since the dealership obviously knew this could cause damage (being that what they told you) and still sold you the car with 3 different types of tires.

 

I just got off the phone with AoA... they're going to call the dealership I go to for service to confirm that there were two different tire types on the car (and a third as a spare tire) in December, then they're going to call the dealership I purchased the car from to ask why different tire types were used on a CPO vehicle. I should hear back from AoA by Tuesday...
