Engine light/engine help please!!
Today was really weird. I started the car and the engine light was flashing off and on and after a couple of minutes it went away. The engine sounded a bit weird too. Anyone have any clue to what it can be?

any vibrations/shaking from the engine? the typical cause of a flashing CEL is coil packs. could be one is on the way out, but not completely failed yet. if it comes back, get it scanned for codes and report back
