is it even worth going to a dealer

went to the dealer, gave them my car, its 110 an hour, so 110 to diagnose it, they called me back couple hours later saying they don't think its the tranny, somekind of thing chipped in there thats making it jerk when you accelerate. and its only 215 to fix, i told them that 2 other although not audi mechanics said it wasn't good. they said to the best of their knowledge its good and this should do it, i get the car back friday so won't know for sure till then. if this fixes it its the best news i had all year so hopefully it works out

the part was 40 at first but then i guess it was outdated and audi didn't make it anymore so it was 60 for the new one. and 110 dollars an hour at this audi dealer added up to 238. but they charge 100 for diagnostics on cars, and if it takes more than a hour they start the hourly rate of 110. not bad seeing is how the euro car shop near me that good google reviews chargers 90 bucks an hour. and all these people do is work on audi's so i trust them more alittle
