Own a B6 1.8T and I currently have a atp downpipe connected to 2.5" pipe all the way to the end with some "stainless steel" mufflers which now have rust. If I would of had the money then, I would of put some Magnaflows on there. My questons is, if I cut the mufflers and just put some tips on, will I have highway drone when get up to higher speeds. Or should I just get some Magnaflows now?

Well i guess u will have some kind of a drone, but i cant tell if that would be a nice drone or not.
Try that, if u dont like it, just get the mufflers later on.
