Default flashing coolant light on dash

hi everyone, just recent my 03 a4 1.8t waterpump went out on me. i got the car towed home and did the diy water pump/timing belt change. after i got done and everything works. but when i took the car around the block to make sure it doesnt over heat i notice the coolant light flashes on the cluster. coolant is at the max on the coolant tank.

could it be the coolant temp sensor?? i dont have any check engine codes.

Make sure you have all the air out. Usually takes a few tries and heat/cool cylces to purge all the air... Is this the 'coolant temp' or 'coolant level' light?

There's most likely air in the system, make sure is completely purged out.
