Default flickering fog lights

so when im driving at night time with my fogs on, i would say 1 out of 5 times i drive with them ON they start flickering. once they start flickering nothing will stop them flickering, even switching the fogs off. New thing i tried is pulling over and turning the car off then back on, then i keep the fogs off then it is fine...usually

any insight to this would be great

hmm, do you have the independent foglights? Have you checked for anything obvious like loose wires/cables? Just asking, haven't heard of this before.

they are the stock fog lights that came with the car and idk if it could be a wire or calbe, they both do it at the exact same time

i can take apart the foglight apart to check, but im not to sure if it could be a loose connection

Odds are either ur bulb in not sitting in the housing correctly or u have wires exposed. . Check up on it.

Why are you driving with your fog lights on all the time?

Because he want too.. Maybe he likes the increased brightness the fogs give while on back roads..?

I'm wondering why you ask? Is this something that is destroying the US too? maybe your worried the Light Elves are not getting paid?

aint no shame in getting a little extra light output. I have my fogs aimed just high enough where u can see them over the hood. Helps tons on back roads.

I had the same problem... except it was the headlamps as well. At first I thought it was from the location of the GPS sensor/tracker. They installed it on a mag pad, right by my headlamp switch, but closer to the windshield. To get my lights off, I would have to put the headlamp switch in the off position and push the headlamp switch in. Apparently, this is how you take the switch out

I ended up replacing the headlamp switch and fixed both of my problems. 181.00 from the stealership.
