Default fuel issue... do you know?

car has been running low on gas lately.had 1/8 of tank... just died. now wont fire.... TBA re aligns every time i crank. hear pump kicking on ( rules out relay ).... maybe filter? says i have 1/8 of a tank. have been losing boost past few days. usually at 20... only holds 5 now. (maybe ecu is restricting because of fuel loss? ) please help

Default RE: fuel issue... do you know?

heres some facts
* fuel rail is not prssurizing
* but fuel pump is kicking on when i turb to accesory (can hear it) so that rules out relay
* every time i crank my car and stop. i hear the throttle body re aligning
* pulled of the main fuel line to the rail and cranked... nothing
* gauge says i have 1/8th tank

filter?pump?

thanks guys....

no there was no whining noise? but iwas loosing boost... maybe beacuse lack of fuel? anyways there is a recall on it through the dealership. free new fuel pump. just have to pay towing to get it there
