Is this good Deal?
i would say its a pretty good deal... just make sure its got a clear car facts history report
about chipping, it will only void the warranty if there is a porblem with the engine that was caused by the chip, and they could tell that it was caused by the chip after you turned it off when taking it back to the dealer

Does it have USP PKG??? If not, i think it is a little bit to much... But it also depends on where u live. Car prices vary from State to State... You better go to Autotrader or cars.com and see what are the prices on similar cars.
I paid 21K for a 2005 A4 1.8T quattro (dolphon gray) with premium pkg a few months ago. Its certified, warranty up to 100K and free maintanance upto 50K. So i’d say is a good deal! But the best part was 0.9%financing from Audi finance.<\\;br>\\;<\\;br>\\;<\\;br>\\;
Dolphin Gray, Sport Package 29000 miles Up to 100,000 mile Warranty. dealer buyer thing and worthless "\\; last owner has that right "\\; not you so get it in writing as per contract, if they want 21k always offer at least 2k less and build up to at least 1k less than what they want<\\;img src="\\;https://www.audiforums.com/image/s4.gif"\\;>\\;
