Hey all, just got 3 new trouble codes on my 02 A4 3.0 Avant. While I've had P0431 (bank 2 warm up catalyst below threshold) for a week now, today, after a cold start I got:
P0300 pd (random/multiple misfires) the pd is "pending" whatever that means
P0302 (cylinder 2 misfire)
P0305 (cylinder 5 misfire)
Is this usually the ignition coils going? Is the catalyst trouble code because of the misfirings sending unburned fuel into the exhaust?
Any help is appreciated.

PS I'm 2 months out of my CPO warranty. Thank you Audi....

 

Sometimes you can get them to cover stuff it it's that close. My bro got vw to cover his passat when it had a bad head gasket or something and it was like 10k out of warranty.

You could get the coils and see if they fix it, if they don't just return them.
