Hardwire -cabin to engine compartment

Hi all
I'm looking for the easiest way to pass some wires from the interior of the car into the engine bay.

Hard wiring my headlights to flash Like this

Probably not legal in UK but aiming to attend lifeboat call outs ASAP

there should be rubber caps covering holes going from your drivers side under the dash into the engine compartment. Just get a flash light and peak around. Thats where i ran my wires through.
