Default Head gasket time! Helpful hints please

After months of battling the no heat at idle issue. I have seem my first sign of antifreeze in the oil cap.

I was never able to find where I was loosing antifreeze and I continued to have heat issues since October. Today to my surprise I found my first milky residue on my oil cap

On a weird note I'm actually excited to finally have an answer to where all the heat issues were coming from.

I'm going to do the head gasket and timing belt and was wondering of there were any good know tutorials or helpful hints of potential problems that I might encounter along the install.

I doesn't look like they have a write up on the head gasket. The big turbo install will help with the exhaust side of the dis-assembly but I still need the head dis-assembly info.
Any other suggestions?
