Default HELP! acceleration problem 5 codes

Hey all, I have a 2004 A4 1.8t CVT. While driving earlier today my car wanted to accelerate on its own around 40 mph. The floor mat may have been hitting the back of the peddle, the mat wasn't secure (not sure). I parked the car and ate lunch, so when I returned, started the car, the epc light came on and the esp light has been on and off for a while. It went into limp mode and the engine would just rev with little movement. I then drove for about two miles to get the car home. I got my code reader out and got codes P0106, p0238,p2138,p2128, and p0103. I then disconnected the MAF harness, the EPC light went out and then it drove normal. Is this a MAF issue (changed 8 months ago from ebay) Pedal sensor issue? TPS issue? throttle body issue? PLEASE HELP

Have you bothered looking up the codes?

The esp light is likely caused by the pedal sensor.. Both of your 2xxx codes are pedal sensor related..

It also looks like your MAF isn't within range.. Could simply required cleaning but may need replaced..
