Lightbulb Help with Wheel Bearing

Ok here goes nothing, I own a 2005 Audi A4 unfortunately I hit a huge bump on the freeway during construction now I am hearing a loud whoooofing sound on my left wheel and I don't know if its Wheel Bearing, or Ball Joint's or tierod my dad keeps on telling me that its nothing and that its just a tire which I really really doubt my searing wheel doesn't shake or move and if i let it go my car doesn't swerve to left or right I don't know what it is. If it is wheel bearing how hard is that to change and would I have to replace both wheel's. And if you don't replace is right away are there any side effects something else going wrong.

Thanks soooo much,

Nick

Easiest way to diagnose this is to rotate the tires from front to rear. If the noise moves you know its a tire/wheel problem. A wheel bearing only gets louder with speed and it kinda sounds like you are driving on a concrete wheel when they go bad. I would imagine you have a bad tire/s.

It prolly is the tire... or rim.
