Hi All I have a Audi A4 B6 2.0 FSI 2003, My Glove box wont shut, after taking it a part I found it had got 2 parts missing, have tried looking on internet but still scratching my head, I have attached some pics 1 pic shows parts, I need number 17, the other pics are where they are fitted, so hope you can help.

Have Tried Audi customer services.....But still waiting, I think it has them stumped aswell.
