FML... my wipers jus died on me tonight... jus didn't work the last time I turned them on causing the drive to the girlfriends place a Lil sketchy... looked at some of the forums and did the whole lift them up of the windshield thing worked for about 3 wipes... got stuck in the full open position then nothing... tried pushing them down to the first position and now they do nothing... plz help me

 

the wiper transmission tends freeze. You have to remove the whole assembly and then remove the motor and then try to move the linkages by hand. If they move fine you need a motor, if they don't you need a transmission / linkage assembly

 

So I pulled out the motor and wiper linkages... linkages are nice and free can't seem to find any power coming to the motor... I'm not at all knowledgeable on electro but nothing lights up with a test light... wipers set to full blast what's the next step... fuse is good
