Hey everyone,

I'm hoping to install an auxillary cord into my car so that my friends and I can use our phones/ipods while driving. Could anybody give me some suggestions on how to do it and what parts/tools I will need?

Any reply would be appreciated

 

do you have symphony I or II, or concert/chorus radio? also do you want the radio to control the phone/Ipod I.E. song selection or do you not care?

you can add the cable by getting a headphone jack and solder the wires to the cd drive audio output channels. <-- cheapest way however, you lose radio control for the phone/ipod, you would have to make song selection on the phone/ipod. also this works with Symphony II and II+. I have not found those channels yet on the symphony I.
