Hello, I am a new owner of a used 2006 Audi A4 2.0Q and I love my new ride. I am approaching my "senior" years and figured NOW IS THE TIME for the Dream car.
I knew when I had a mechanic look it over, before purchase that I would need brake pads in the Spring. Now I need to buy the pads at the auto parts store and my son in law will install for me. I need rear pads, but auto parts store asked if I need 300mm or 288mm. Can not find that info in my manual or on info in door frame.
How can I find out which to purchase and bring to my son in law? (He used to have a shop, but now just works on customers cars from his home. Claims brake pads are easy to do.)
Thanks for suggestions as to getting the info that I need for purchase of parts necessary.
