Default Left Dipped Headlight

Ok I pretty much figured my main question, which was, what is the stock temp. Saw in another thread that its 4500k.

My left light isn't coming on and I just tried to pull out the bulb to switch it with the right, to make sure if I needed a new one. First thing I noticed was mine are 8000k. Then I figured out how to get the bulb out. My problem now is the bulb won't come off the harness. So, I can't switch them! I don't know if I'm not pulling hard enough or those things are stuck, but I'm pulling enough to where I can hear the bulb sounds like it's cracking.

I'm guessing the previous owner installed HIDs

Sorry if the pic isn't good quality but that's the best I could do since its night.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but can I just get another H7 HID (and harness if I can't pull the bulb)???

These are aftermarket HID bulbs and they will NOT come off. They are glued into the socket (black one in your hand) and the wires run into a connector. That's where you need to disconnect them, they have a tab. Not sure of you can get the same connector with another HID kit, but most of them look like they use the same connector.

Good luck.

Thanks man. I've been stumped for a while. I figured it out when I kept looking for bulbs and most of them came with wires. I was on the verge of freaking out and just buying a new kit.

Ended up seeing the watts also. Didn't notice it was on the other side of the sticker that was next to the bulb. I actually tried opened up the ballast to see if it had any markings for me hahaha
