Anyone got any ideas on how to make my 3,406lbs sedan lighter? removing the full size spare should be around 30lbs...

 

You can make it lighter by pulling the spare, jack and tool box. Also removing the rear seats will drop about another 30-40 lbs. Other options is to go with a CF trunk and CF hood, that will drop about another 30 lbs.

I was able to get my 2000 A4 1.8t quattro manual down to almost 2800 lbs before putting in the 100 point 10 point roll cage.
