Default Misfiring cylinder 1... PLEASE HELP

Okay so here is the scenario. I have 2002 a4 3.0 Quattro 6 speed. I was driving on the freeway today and check engine started to flash and car sputtered. Pulled over immediately. Scanned for codes and had a misfire in 1, 4 and 6. So I swapped coil packs, cleared codes and checked again. Now misfire 1 & 2' this time swapped the remainder of the coil packs and new plugs. Now only have misfire in cylinder 1. Swapped coil pack with 3 and still cylinder 1. Buddy at local european shop said possible burnt valve or low clearance valve. PLEASE ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.

I would try swapping or replacing your spark plugs and looking at your coil pack wiring harness, looking for frayed or broken wires, before looking into valve problems.

Default Update

I swapped plugs and coil packs. Still misfire cylinder 1. Going to try new MAF sensor tomorrow and an OEM coil pack on cylinder 1. Checked harnesses and all looks good.
