Anybody with the 3.0 V6 know any good places to get mods from?

any help would be great!

I'd like to get it chipped buuuut I can't find one.
Intake, exhaust and turbo eventually I also wanna do, Neuspeed has a pretty good exhaust for it.

Everything else is just cosmetics like rims and such, that stuff I can find.

Read my post again. Besides adding a intake or a K&N filter, an exhaust or dishing out $3,500 for a PES G3 S/C, you are **** outta luck

No turbo, no chip, only custom tuning for an F/I since PES's file sucks. Do some reseach pulez

research has been done.
figured there had to be someone out there that found something or made something work, there's people out there that try.
a turbo can be done on my car, talked to a dealership mechanic, just gotta make sure its the right size and I will need an upgraded clutch and new fly wheels along with it so nothing breaks.

as far as supercharging it, that's out of the picture.
have no interest in that

talking to a dealership mechanic isn't RESEARCH.... ask him how many turbo'd 3.0's he's done personally. Clutch and flywheel"s" are not your main concerns. Figure out a manifold, how much compression your 3.0 can handle without blowing the walls, piping, CAC, blah blah blah. It CAN be done..... but you won't

Hi folks,

"New" here, even though I've had 3-4 audi's in the past. Just picked up a 2002 A4 3.0 , and called lltek.com to order some "stuff."

They actually have a "sprint boost" which isn't a chip, but supposedly it increases the sensation of the acceleration - so it supposedly feels like you've chipped the car - not sure exactly how it works - even the website is a bit hazy about it...

Anyway, am thinking about doing this, as exhaust is the only thing probably worth doing.

If you try this, it's $300'ish bucks, but I'd be very interetsed in doing a "group" buy, or hearing what you think of it...

Unitronic sells a chip for $350 and gets about the most power you are gonna get out of a 3.0L. http://www.034motorsport.com/product...ducts_id=17574
Pushed farther than that a supercharger would be your only route. Doing a turbo/s on a 3.0L would cost 4X what a supercharger would because of the extensive labor of cutting up the subframe just to get the turbos to fit in such a small space. I would say the "dealer" tech you talked to was a moron.
