Default Motor Vac Treatment

I am about to change my spark plugs on my Audi A4 1.8T 2005 and at the dealer the VW -tech advise me to do a Motor Vac cleaning before changing the plugs , Google about it and saw different opinions about it , some say it should be done and some say it s a waste of money , 1h work 100 dollars for it , that s how much they it cost .

Also read about getting cooper spark plugs instead or iridium or platinum , oem NGK6 , now my doubt is witch ones to get ?

The motor vac treatments work pretty well , especially on older vehicles with carbon deposits.
As far as the plugs , i would stay with the stock plugs unless you have it tuned. If that is the case there are probably others here that could give you a recommendation.

thanks for the quick reply M5S5 appreciate it , i might give it a try then with the Motor vac treatment before changing the sparks , my car is not tuned , the only big doubt i have now is if i go with iridium or platinum for lasting longer or cooper for less change of misfires from what Ive been reading , and i have quite some lately .

Can anyone advice me on witch Model and # ?
