Default Need help figuring what engine i have, frankensteined?

Alright I have an 02 a4 with the 1.8t. I'm trying to get parts for my engine, i.e. timing belt kit, oil pump and possibly new head. I have done a lot of research but with limited info. I know that 02's are suppose to come with AMB engine but mine is an AEB, according to the stamp on the cylinder head. I know that the heads are interchangeable, so it might have been replaced with an AEB head. My question is, how do I find out what I have? I want to make sure before i buy the parts.
Thanks

Okay, I found out that AEB engines have external water pump and a non chain driven oil pump. So does that mean the AMB has one less pulley. I've been surfing for pictures but all the ones i've seen have 6 pulleys including the tension pulley. Does any one know what the difference are visually? Mine has one serpentine belt that turns all pulleys.

Have you tried researching your VIN? It'll tell you exactly what you have, unless a previous owner swapped out the motor.
