Default Need help finding o-ring size AC compressor pipes

Hi all.

After many years rebuilding my Audi A4 (just so it runs, nothing fancy). Everything is now as it should be... apart form 1 thing. The air conditioning. It's my fault really as I have changed the condenser, dryer, compressor and all but 1 O-ring. Had the AC filled up and it was cool as a cucumber until, you've guessed it it leaked out slowly again. A quick investigation with a UV light shows that the larger pipe entering the compressor was leaking at the o-ring . The only part I didn't change because I could not find it anywhere. Lesson well and truly learnt.

SO the question I hope can be answered is does anybody know the o-ring sizes for the compressor which is model 8E0 260 805BF I have attached an image f more specs are needed. It's a big o-ring from memory. I have one of those basic 270PCS o-ring kits but they are nowhere near big enough and can't find anywhere which sells larger sets.

This is literally the only issue with the car now and its boiling hot in the UK at the moment so any guidance would be great!

Patrick

I didn't pay much attention to the o-ring sizes, but it was very apparent which size o-rings to use in each end of each hose. The kit also came with enough o-rings to renew the TXV and accumulator/dehydrator.
