Hi,

I'm running into a problem where i have to reset the ecu every half day or so driving to keep my chip running. It is a 02 a4 cvt with apr stage1+ injectors and an aftermarket air intake with straight pipe exhaust.

With the chip running I boost about 18 to 20psi max. After a while it limits itself to 5.

Any thoughts? I hate disconnecting and reconnecting the battery do often just to get the performance I want.

Sounds like you're going into limp mode. That means the ECU thinks something is wrong. Pull some codes and do a google search. If you don't find the answer that way, come back here and post the codes and people will try to help you.
