Hello,
I just bought a 2002 A4 1.8 B6 Avant and there are a few items that are on my list that need to be replaced with some help from you guys.
I own other audi's but nothing in the new millennium!

I will post the issues I'm running into from Highest 1 and so on.

1. Checked through the maintenance records and it says that back in 2010 the rear shock was leaking. So I did a few searches and came up with a DIY on applying and removing a coilover and I would assume it would be the same. Do any of you have any insight on this or what shocks you have had good results with in the past. The suspension is the sport suspension and I'm not sure if that would make a difference on what shocks are needed for a replacement.

2. No heat. The AC works and the blower motor works just fine but the air will only be luke warm. The only time I can get warm heat to come out is when I turn the heat off and have the car warm up and let the warm air build up in the vents then turn the air on but it will only blow the hot air out of the vent and then go back to warm air. I was wondering if it could be just flushing out the heater core and the cooling system or possibly the thermostat. It builds up warm air but it just doesn't blow it out for some reason..

3. Windshield wiper spray nozzles. The wipers work, both rear and front but neither of them spray washer fluid. I'm not really sure where to start looking for this problem besides maybe the motor on the bottom of the washer fluid reservoir but you should be able to hear that trying to move when you pull the wiper lever back.
