New Member Question: A4 Ultra Sport vs. A6 2.7T S-Line?
First off, I've been a lurker for quite some time and really love the back-and-forth/input of the members here. I apologize in advance if this is an ultra-repetitive post.
I am looking into buying my first Audi very shortly. I am a younger (mid-20's) professional with a fiancee, but notfamily as of yet, and have narrowed my choices to two:
1). 2005 Audi A4 B6 1.8T Ultra Sport
2). 2004Audi A6 2.7T S-Line
I can price match pretty closely between the two. Can anyone with experience witheither or both of these vehicles provide some input in regards to pros/cons of each not necessarily found in spec sheets? I love the aesthetic of the A4 Ultra Sport, but am a little concerned about its front-end lag and rear legroom. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Well a6 s line is a nice car. It is bigger (more space inside) and it has 2.7TT engine which is not that slow, and if you chip it, it would be more then enough for the daily driver IMHO
A4 USP is a very nice a4
)) It is more sportier than the a6 but slower. Also you can chip it.
It depends what you are looking to have in your car. They are both nice cars.

Protein, Well, I guess I am looking for it all, but realize that there is going to have to be a little trade-off, most paramount gas mileage (A4) vs. power/space (A6). Test drove them both and the "fy-ance"prefers the A6 for its size (she likes alrger cars), not as sporty appearance (she hates my fully-modded Civic), and interior room (again more backlash against my Cvc Cpe).
I am not interested in modding this car, as I'm considering it solely as a daily user/luxury step-up from the Civic, so inherent power is a plus for me. Seems as if I may be arguing for the A6. Thanks again.
If you're going for more of a daily driver and luxury setup like you said go with the a6.
If you ever plan on wanting to make it a high performance car go a4
