Oil MIN light?

If youre burning a significant amount of oil it is likely an external leak (could be valve cover gasket), or a bad head gasket, or both.

i think you lose oil level from heat, for the most part. the heat boils off some of the lighter components of the oil. be sure to use 5w-40 synthetic during the hot months.
What does the black stuff in the tail pipe indicate? A problem in the fuel system? I noticed yesterday that my car had black-grayish smoke coming out from the exhaust. What could be the problem?

black tailpipes are fairly common in our cars. It is a turbo car, there is not much to worry about.

To the OP, you could search the car for leaks. Common ones are valve cover gasket and cam tensioner seal at the back of the head.

Check those, and if you're fine there, do a compression and leakdown test to check the health of the engine
