My oil warning light comes only after I get off the highway. It doesn't come on when city driving. Anyone know why?

 

first is the light flashing red or yellow? Second when was the last time u changed your oil?

 

the indicator is red with the oil avatar...changed the oil about a month ago with barely 1k kms.

Take it to audi, there is a TSB on it.

 

If there is a TSB on it, will Audi fix it for free? Is there a link to see all the TSB or recalls on the car? Many thanks.

 

If your car is less than 8 years old audi will fix it if you have proof of oil change receipts. You need to have a reciept for at least every 10k. The repair will either cover a repair of your current engine, or you might get an entirely new engine.
