OK, I have a new comfort module...now what?

OK, I have a new comfort module...now what?
My 2003 A4 Avant had a small flood in the driver footwell which fried my comfort module. I received my new one from ECS tuning. Do I simply replace the old with the new and make all elec connections? Does the new comfort module need to "learn" my keys etc? What is the process - can someone enlighten me?
