I just put a "Fast Intentions" high performance cat on my '02 1.8T last night and it went pretty well. I got the HPC for about $300 instead of the $700 the dealer wanted, looks pretty good, perfect fit, bolt on, still not sure if my check engine light (P0420, with jerky acceleration) is still on because of this new cat or if something else is screwed, like my O2 sensor which was just changed about at 85k miles (at 104k now).

Any one else experience anything like this after new cats and O2 sensors?
